Why Creatine?
Many athletes take creatine supplements to support their training routines and improve their recovery. Creatine provides 'quick burst' energy and increased strength, improving performance without affecting your ability to train for longer periods (endurance).
Studies show that taking creatine regularly, strength training and exercising can help increase muscle growth in people aged 18 to 30. However, there is not enough research to say that creatine helps develop muscle growth in people over the age of 65 or in people with diseases that affect their muscles. But creatine does help!
